The Career Behind the Consulting
I'm Lana Wall, a West Point graduate, U.S. Army veteran, PMP-certified operations executive, and founder of MYSOUL Consulting. I bring nearly two decades of experience across L'Oréal, Tarte, EY, NTT DATA, and Pfizer. At Pfizer, I governed a $200M+ global digital portfolio and led initiatives across 250+ people worldwide.
I started MYSOUL after watching small business owners get sold solutions that did not fit, and seeing Black corporate women outperform everyone in the room and still get passed over. MYSOUL exists to change both.
