The Career Behind the Consulting
Lana Wall is a West Point graduate with a concentration in Environmental Engineering, a U.S. Army veteran, a PMP-certified operations executive, and the founder of MYSOUL Consulting. Nearly two decades across L'Oréal, Tarte Cosmetics, Ernst & Young, NTT DATA, and Pfizer. At Pfizer, she governed a $200M+ global digital portfolio and led 250+ people worldwide.
She started MYSOUL because she watched small business owners get sold solutions that didn't fit, and corporate Black women outperform everyone in the room and still get passed over. MYSOUL exists to change both.
